The flow of using Q-JPN is as follows.
STEP1Member registration
After the temporary member registration, you will be required to submit your identity verification documents to become a primary member. By confirming your identity, we will provide you with an address in Japan. * Required documents for identity verification: name, date of birth, current address
STEP2Shopping
Please purchase the product on the mail order site and send it to the address in Japan obtained in STEP1.
STEP3Shipping instructions / requests
Please fill out the necessary information from the Q JAPAN Overseas Shipping Instructions Application Form and complete the application.
STEP4Shipping and option payments
Q JAPAN will send you the billing for shipping and optional expenses by e-mail, so please complete the payment. After the decision is completed, we will ship to your designated address.
